Mindfulness/Yoga
Each week we practise/learn different techniques to relax and restore our mind and body. These may include different breathing exercises, listening activities, yoga and mindfulness colouring. It gives our mind and bodies chance to re-regulate.
At the present there is a session each Tuesday 3.20pm until 4.20pm. Collection point is at breakfast/afterschool club drop off/pick up point (follow the path opposite the main office).
